From what many said, William E. Losey was a shy child. One not known to speak to new people, or even those who he had known for quite a while, William just didn't speak much in many people's perspectives. Many questioned whether he was a mute or just one not for talking. Some called him a genius and others called him stupid. He lived in his family's attic for twenty years of his life only to come out and stand upon the hill overlooking the town. It wasn't that he did not talk, it was mainly the fact that nobody listened. He spoke from his heart and from his Book. However, with high aspirations of avoiding all confrontation with the outside world, or so many said, he fled to a small village on the top of a Pennsylvanian Mountain. He turned twenty-one and he died. Nobody was quite sure what had happened to William E. Losey, but one thing was for sure, he died with a knife in his heart and a bible in his hand. Not many were affected by his death, but over the years many were saved by the story of his life and his faith.

If we live lives that affect and reach out to others, death should not be held within our fears---Ned Kimmel
